RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace or refund your purchase if we receive the merchandise back in the same condition within two weeks of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS: PLEASE NOTE
Yards of New Orleans Toile fabric and Pontchartrain Beach fabric may not be returned once they have been cut.

For all custom order items, including but not limited to bedding, shower curtains, nonstock items and The Hef Loveseat, returns or exchanges are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect.

Special Policies regarding The Hef Loveseat Returns and Allowances
No returns of The Hef Loveseat are allowed without prior written authorization from Brownstone Upholstery.
No credit will be issued on merchandise returned to the factory without written authorization.
In case that the merchandise involved is defective please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact Brownstone 323.232.5400 or Hazelnut 504.891.2424 immediately,
  2. Submit documentation for review (photos and description of the defect.)
  3. Brownstone office will make the final decision on the defect.
  4. Any defective furniture that has authorization to be returned for repair has to be returned freight prepaid.

Brownstone Upholstery may ask to have a local upholsterer give an estimate on having any defect repaired. At this time the factory will decide on if it needs to be returned or repaired on site.
Under no circumstances will Brownstone accept automatic charge backs for repairs without prior authorization.

Freight Damages
Customers should unwrap and inspect merchandise upon delivery. Any damages should be noted on carrier's bill of lading.
Claims must be filed with freight carrier immediately or repair will be void after 15 days. No allowances are made for transit damage, freight overcharge or damage in possession of purchaser.
